We arrived on a Sunday and were unable to rent a car, but Paolo was nice enough to pick us up at the bus station at San Danato - and even waited over an hour for us ( we got lost).

Possibly the best B&B in Tuscany. Paolo and Valeria and their three children are lovely hosts. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the furniture was repainted shabby chic style by Paolo himself. As soon as we arrived (it was quite late at night too), we were treated to complimentary glasses of Chianti wine and accompanying appetizers. All of it! This is Tuscany at its best... We stayed here 7 nights and simply loved it! The scenery, it's people and the authentic houses... All very beautiful. In the middle of the campo, the lovely Chianti, and Firenze and Siena only 30 and 40 min away. Try the cooking workshop, you'll love it....
