  De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche. Ook is de service perfect (aardige receptioniste, gratis koffie/thee, dvd-speler en mogelijkheden tot lenen van films) - Erg vriendelijk onthaal, in het Engels! ... wat mensen zeggen » Hotel gelegen dicht bij het station, ideaal voor wanneer je met de rugzak reist! The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Rome and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Prima ruimte, de inrichting is niet up-to-date maar het is er schoon en je kunt voor de lage prijs natuurlijk geen 5-sterren inrichting verwachten. Clean, smart, spacious apartment with comfortable beds in a very attractive building. The apartment is on a very busy, noisy road.   Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.
