Leonardo was super - had small problem which he immediately sorted out - nothing was too much troble for him, he should go far in the hotel business and he had good assistant. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). Cavour metro station is at about 2 minutes walk too).. The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

Building was quiet. Able to sleep without interruptions. And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... wat mensen zeggen » around Rome.   Convenient location, 10 mins by walk from the St Peter's Basilica in Vatican. Bright, colourful rooms, very clean and cozy. Clara, who was at the reception and prepared breakfast was very pleasant. They allowed us to use the kitchen for preparing food for our baby and also quick meals, which was awesome. Overall, good value for money in the heart of the city - The star war veri helpful they gave us a map and explain how to ise the transportation system. They gave us breakfast even on the day we chicked out. There were delicious cakes and cookies in the kitchen and you can drink&eat anything in the fridge. It was absolutely amazing!
