  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... wat mensen zeggen » around Rome.   I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

  Comfy bed and great location - what more do you want from a city break? Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel. If you want a good breakfast then you will be disappointed , there is no choice really but the coffee is good. The room is very clean and minimalist , tiny but recent bathro
