  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). Cavour metro station is at about 2 minutes walk too).. The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. We particularly appreciate him helping us out with ticket purchases and his recommendation to eat at La Cicala (only 5 - Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.   Let me begin with the fact that is 15 min away from termini on foot and 5 min away from 2 metro stations ( Manzoni and vittorio emanuele) so it is perfect to get anywhere. We got there super late but when we landed we sent an sms to the phone number Giuliani gave us. After that he gave us a map of the most important places to visit and he told us a lil bit about each of them. The room is very big, good lig - The position of this B&B is perfect! close to the metro and at walk distance from some of the main attractions in Rome....10 min walking to the Colosseum and Monti...my favourite neibourhood.....at walk distance also to Termini. The staff has been really kind...the room clean.

Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... wat mensen zeggen » around Rome. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

They allowed us to use the kitchen for preparing food for our baby and also quick meals, which was awesome.   I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

  Loved everything about it. Truly thought the staff and the hotel itself were far beyond expectations and far beyond the small price you pay for it. The owner helped us make reservations at two restaurants for dinner, both of which were amazing recommendations.
