  Tijdens het ontbijt kwam de manager vragen of alles naar wens was. Wij gaven aan dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet te regelen was en dat het daardoor vrij warm bleef. We kregen direct een andere, nog mooiere kamer, aangeboden zonder extra kosten. Prima!! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, je kon er zelfs champagne bij drinken.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  There was a problem with our room when we got to the B&B. The one we've chosen was occupied so we were transferred to another B&B just behind the corner. It was definitely not the standard I would expect so I raised it with the host and had been put on the phone with the owner. It got sorted very well at the end as we received an apology, ... wat mensen zeggen » we were transferred to the room we booked the very next morning and we got a substantial discount as well. The host in the later place was just amazin - It is very close to the subway! The Christina who takes care of the rooms were so sweet and helpful, made ​​you feel comfortable immediately. A short distance after the Via Leone at the Via Candia exist a perfect patisserie with the best ice cream all over Rome.
