  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. Location is superb! Very clean and pleasantly decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!

  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.
