The receptionists were really friendly and gave great advice, the environment we were in - the pretty gardens and the lovely hotel room were really welcoming and comfortable, the price for our stay was reasonable and the hotel was incredibly central. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere. We really loved the neighborhood feel of Trastevere. There were numerous bars and restaurants to choose fro - I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.
