  Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight ... wat mensen zeggen » and checked us in. Overall very good stay - Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this

  This hotel was very comfortable. Although located out of the old center of town, it is only a 15 minute walk. It is also very well situated to buses going to the train station every 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was great as was the very reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel.   The B&B is part of the owner's house and it has only two rooms. We slept there two times, and we stayed in the same one, which was very cozy and clean, on the top floor of ancient house in the historical centre of Treviso. Great breakfast.

  Well all I can say is the lovely host Sabrina and her family gave us a great place to stay in Mestre . Her welcome to us was so warm and friendly I felt like I had known her for years . She went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed . Including giving us the loan of free bike hire from her .
