  A residential location and metro connection to downtown were excellent. Large, well supplied COOP supermarket and excellent coffee shop for breakfast around the corner. B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment.   Prachtig. Boven op een heuvel met uitzicht op diverse dorpjes en wijngaarden. Studio's zijn zeer ruim en eigenlijk appartement te noemen. Buiten kun je heerlijk zelf zitten, er is voldoende gelegenheid om ergens afzonderlijk te zitten.   The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was ... wat mensen zeggen » clean and comfy. The only down i can think about is that there should have been a wifi connection with no extra cost. For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  The ladies are lovely and most welcoming. It is a beautifully maintained facility. The room is artistically decorated and looks lavish. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and very well done up. Even though we had to leave very early, the owners made breakfast including fresh juice. Recommend to all.   The hotel is situated in the center of Arezzo and very near to the train station (walking distance). The facilities are very good, the room is welcoming, clean and nice. I had also a nice balcony. The staff is very polite and nice. It was the first time I received an email from the hotel after making the booking through letsbookhotel.com about spe... wat mensen zeggen » cial request I made in the booking. The internet in the room is fast and working well. - The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.
