Good breakfast with homemade marmelade and cakes. Exellent B&B - This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed. The rooms are very spacy with a nice Interieur and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. In the room you have a TV with enough foreign channles, not only four or less like in other Hotels, air condition and free WiFi. You can even print things if needed. The breakfast is very good. There is everything - This is family held hotel... And I mean it for the best way possible. Owner sent, few days before our arrival, email with exact directions to the hotel. Apartment that we received was very beautiful, very clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable with crispy clean, good smelling sheets. Spotless shower, soft towels. Breakfast.... Mmmmm....   The pictures don't do Villa Giulia justice! It is much lovelier in person! Incredible value for money. The Villa layout/design was obviously well planned, perfectly maintained and impeccably clean. The hospitable hosts/owners speak Italian which added to the cultural charm of our stay (a lot of hand gesturing). Villa Giulia provided us a very... wat mensen zeggen » peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Not to be missed is the Cascate.....only 1.5 kilometers away. - It certainly surpassed expectations. We usually stay in 4-star hotels, rather than bed-and-breakfasts, but were on a limited budget, and Saturnia is expensive in May. It is nice 6-flat hotel, family-owned, they manage/clean/take care of everything as a couple, but you will be amazed they worked so hard to have everybody at the hotel feel so happy. Nice little garden.

  Good location just out of town, you will need a car though. The owners are great and very helpful we have made friends and will stay again when we are next in Italy. We stayed for 5 days as we needed a rest from the constant travelling and this was a great place to do it. The animals are fun with two watch geese who make sure everyone knows you have arrived. - We loved the couple who own the B&B. They did everything possible to ensure we had a great time. They went out of their way to make recommendations on dining, travel and quaint spots not to miss. Their home is charming and breakfast was perfect. There was a great space in the common area for relaxing so you never confined to your room. If you want to experience real Tuscany, this is your place.

  We stayed 5 days here and loved it. We cycled into Lucca on the bikes provided, walked in the hills nearby where olives were being harvested and enjoyed a meal provided by Lorenzo with local cheeses, meats and wines and his own olives. The house is the original farm of Lorenzo's grandmother and is in a tiny village with bar/pizzeria, mini market a... wat mensen zeggen » nd a great hairdresser! - The host was welcoming, knowledgable and wonderful! The room was beautiful and the surrounding countryside was lovely. We borrowed bikes and had an amazing time cycling through the countryside to Lucca, which was also picturesque and beautiful. The restaurant and wine he recommended (host was also a sommelier) were both fantastic!!
