  Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The setting is beautiful, very serene and with a wonderful relaxed ambience. Alberto was the most charming and welcoming host, and we noticed that every aspect of the hotel had been very carefully thought through to ensure no detail was overlooked. There were lovely little details li - Perfect place for relaxing near historical city of Montepulciano (1 km). Alberto, the host, was very helpful, great breakfast and beautiful garden circumstances. Great restaurant La Grotta was only 0,5 km from the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
