  Very very heartly welcome although we arrived very late for check in. It is a lovely house in a typical tuscan style, offers 3 appartements and 2 hotel rooms and each one has its own cosy style.   We were a family of 4, 2 children and 2 adults. All of us loved staying here. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The accommodation was spotless and very spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscan hill towns and Pienza. The breakfast served every morning ( and we stayed for 5 days ) was amazing. Beautiful, freshly baked Itali... wat mensen zeggen » an cakes and pastries. There were also a range of savouries, yogurts and cereals on offer. The girls played outside, when we were home - very spacious - Incredibly picturesque setting, the view looks as though the buildings and trees in the distance were placed in the position they are for your sole benefit. Francesco and his family make you feel fabulously at home, cooking you delicious cakes for breakfast leaving wine and oil made on the farm in your fridge and giving you tours off their olive oil factory. We stayed in a four person apartment with 2 rooms which both had fantastic views and were very nicely furnished. We had a large kitchen to

  Suzanne, one of the owners was a wonderful person who would give us great recommendations for activities or visits as well as places to eat - she pretty much helped us plan out day and then made bookings for us. Fabio, the other owner is a wonderful cook and very knowledgable about the food and wine of the region.   This is a wonderful accommodation. The views are stunning, and the rooms are really really excellent. There are many small details which leave a lasting memory: bedding and towels beautifully monogrammed with the villa's logo, dressing gowns carefully placed in antique wardrobes, fruit and linen napkins left for a snack, personally wrapped slipper... wat mensen zeggen » s, and....the most exquisite breakfast imaginable. Local preserved meats, excellent cheeses, yoghurts on ice, fresh bread, fine sweet pastries...undou - Absolutely loved this place. Big room with a fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and it was all very clean. Hotel is nice and isolated, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the weather, but they both looked decent. If you are out here at the right time of year, and walking back from the restaurant at night, keep your eyes peeled for fireflies. Amazing

So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

  Everything about it was magnificent. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Huge room in immaculate condition in a great area. Vittoria was very attentive and helped with all enquiries (even offering me a scarf at one point). This place is a MUST!!
