  Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on.   Location location location! Set in the heart of Tuscany in its own little village within three hundred meters of one of the prettiest little villages in Italy. The hotel has a fantastic view of the landscape with a clear blue swimming pool and comfortable rooms with poster beds and good size bathrooms with a kitchenette and a living area.   We loved the location and experience of being in an old walled city. The residents of the city going about their work or daily activities and the children walking to catch the bus every morning was captivating. The hotel restaurant and the small local restaurants in the city were excellent. She had a ground floor room with a little table outside where she could sit and watch the world go by if we were at the beach. - -good location close to the nice beach -very good buffet dinner if you decide for that
