  Bijna alles. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het te voet een halfuurtje is naar Ortigia (het oude stadsdeel met gezellige straatjes en restaurants; je kan het zeer moeilijk met de wagen bereiken).   Very nice stay. Great breakfast, most of it home made and fresh. Owner is very friendly, caring, educated and hospitable. No problem getting there. Ispica is interesting for the cava d'Isp - Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

  The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. Even in a room on the inland side, my balcony had a thrilling view of the sea. The staff are kind, efficient, and polite. It's an elegant hotel... wat mensen zeggen » . It's easy to walk to anywhere in Ortigia from there. Or just to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the rocks. - We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

  Pools fantastic Rooms large Very helpful staff, in particular Monica. Courtyard with fountain and poolside area very nice with ample seating. Nicely furnished with oceans of space for clothes, even in the smaller of the two rooms. The large room had a sofa and coffee table making it very homely. Location near to Segesta, relatively near to Palermo... wat mensen zeggen » and Monreale and the coast, including the nature reserves made it an excellent choice for culture, nature and sea. - We had a very short one night stay but the location is great with easy access to many interesting archeological sites and local points of interest. We would hapily return in the future.

  A wonderful place to stay Great location, right on the water. A modern hotel built into an historic building. The room was adequate in size and amenities. Parking is close, but it is in the blue spaces so you need to be collecting coins to feed the meter. You don’t pay from midnight to 8:00 and for a few hours mid-day, so it is not expensive or a ... wat mensen zeggen » problem. It is only a few meters from Via Liberta, Via Garibaldi, Via Torrearsa which are the main shopping and dining streets. It is away from the cr - My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Personal attention and courtesy was given by all the staff: at reception, breakfast bar and evening drinks. Thank you Residence La Gancia, we will recommend you to all our friends.
