  The room was large, pleasant and tastefully decorated. Everything worked, the room was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - lots of sweet stuff, but that's Sicily for you! Walking distance (15 min) to the old part of Siracusa (Ortigia). Quiet and big comfortable rooms, everything looked quite new. Good breakfast.

  Zeer fijne en vriendelijke ontvangst. Kregen de suite en dat was werkelijk fantastisch mooi. Alles was daar meer dan in orde, echt de moeite om te verblijven.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... wat mensen zeggen » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  We stayed there for 2 weeks in the middle of june 2013. Excellent location. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel entrance. The beach is very clean, Angelo and his men are there all day,making sure everything is OK. The restaurant is right on the beach. This is the only beach I´ve ever been where I feel safe leaving my expensive camera and ... wat mensen zeggen » other belongings on the beach chair while at lunch on one of the great nearby restaurants. The sea is very clear, great for snorkeling. Most of people - Superb! Splendid! Marvelous! Wonderful! Best-value-for-money hotel I have stayed at in a long-long time. The staff was fantastic: no matter what requests, desires, wishes we had they did everything to help us and were very-very kind. The hotel is in a very good shape, everything is fresh and new, including the furniture. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee: never have I had such a good hotel-breakfast-coffee as here.   The staff was welcoming and friendly - even before checking in, they offered information per email on what to do and see. Excellent location to view Etna - fresh air - short walk to the cableway. The room with a terrace is highly recommendable - it gave us a great view both to the sea and to the mountain. I recommend half board; the dinner alternatives were varied, the servings plentyful and the food was just v - Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna. We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay. The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.
