  The general staff attitude was excellent. English was well spoken and there were no serious communication difficulties. Although dining was a bit of a bear garden the choice of food was perfectly satisfactory, wine was included and there were no difficulties with teenagers having second or third helpings.   The island had been closed for any boats because of weather, so the owner contacted us and proposed to change for the next day. However, it was in November - low season. The rooms with sea view are great (because of the sea view). There is also terrace with swings and chairs. Rooms are big, with small kitchen and old styled furniture. Very cosy. Main reason for visit was the crater trek, but found that there is so much more to do on the island.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The location was in a quiet area yet two blocks from the main street. We were picked-up and taken back to the dock free of charge. - Otsatnding charming hotel with unique decoration, great breakfast and a wonderful garden park to be used by the hotel guests.
