  Very large and comfortable rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts were very helpful and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast included a nice range of savory and sweet food including local produce. When sunny we ate breakfast on the deck which was lovely. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen.   We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen! Pietro and Maria recommended a wonderful local re... wat mensen zeggen » staurant and also a market in Mandello del Lario (about 5 mins by train or a half hour walk). All in all we cannot speak highly enough of this B & - We had a really nice two days stay in the hotel, including all advantages of family run hotel - friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms, excellent breakfast, support and advices for what to see, where to eat and how to organize your sightseeing activities. Perfect location - nice view, quite place and easy access to all places to visit by car/boat (optional). Parking in place is really important for this area.

The accommodation was close to numerous public transport options, spotless and comfortable but the highlight of our visit was Paola herself who couldn't do enough to help us enjoy Milan. Our thanks to Professore Rocco and Massimo who greeted us on our arrival and showed us our magnificent room (La Cappella) and to Cristina and Margaux who treated us to a sumptious breakfast.
