  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... wat mensen zeggen » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas... wat mensen zeggen » . - The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. Staff super friendly. The location and the views of the place are stunning. The hotels has great facilities, spa, pools etc... Room very spacious and clean.   Very nice host. We had all the help we needed when they change the tapa for Giro due to the weather situation. Delicious food - Wonderful location, nice clean rooms with great views, friendly staff and foods was great.

  The most friendly welcome I have ever experienced. When we arrived, it was raining staff came with umbrellas with smiling face as if they saw their best friends. Rooms have all facilities, they are cosy and spacy.   Alles, het personeel was geweldig, het eten , de kamers werdenuitstekend schoongemaakt ! We zijn echt 14 dagen in de watten gelegd.Hethotel is echt een aanrader voor mensen die tijdens hun vakantie echtverwend willen worden! Het is een prachtige omgeveving. Vooral voorwandelaars en fietsers. Je zit echt tussen de italianen. We stonden mettranen in ... wat mensen zeggen » onze ogen toen we weg gingen. - Helaas waren wij er maar voor 1 nacht.   First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent. We have visited it for second time and we will visit it again next year. A swimming pool would make it more fantastic hotel. - The very cosy hotel with the wonderful position.

  The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The place is very clean and the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that this is maintained. The rooms were of good size and the facilities were all in very good order. The spa is fantastic. The hotel also provide a 10% discount card to be used in some loc - Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic! The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut
