We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

Prettige ontvangst - We loved this hotel very much,the staff were fantastic, very friendly and work very hard !! A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!). We havent a bad word to say about La Darsena and we hope to be going back to `The Ol´ Boat house´ next summer

Couple/small dog Freiburg - Everything, the staff, room, breakfast, and the restaurant was first class, we had a meal on our wedding anniversary at the restaurant over looking the lake, it was perfect. we wish we had eaten in the hotel restaurant more than we did as we went to a "touristy" restaurant that was expensive and the food was awful.

Hotel has very good location, a bit away from the noisy centre, with the direct view to the lake. Room has all necessary facilites. There is nice pool in the hotel. Restaurant/bar has the terrace with the lake view. Especial thanks to all ladies at the reception who has helped to organize the surprise for my husband's birthday (boat trip at Garda) and recommended very good restaurants at the city.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

The hotel staff were very accommodating and would go out of their way to
help you. There is free use of bikes at the hotel to discover the routes
around the lake and also to visit the local vineyards and surrounding
areas. The breakfast was excellent which set you up for the rest of day.

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.
