  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... wat mensen zeggen » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river.   Wij zijn hier 10 nachten verbleven om met de motor rond te toeren. Parking voor auto en motor op trailer was voorzien en gratis. Roadboek met routes rond het como meer werd ter beschikking gesteld. De wondermooie omgeving aan het comomeer en de nabijheid van zwitserland is mooi meegenomen. The apartment I actually had (different and larger from the one I was expecting) was spacious and well-designed, with everything one could ever need for a short or even a longer stay.
