We loved our stay here. After an initial confusion on our Gps which sent us to a different Casazze about 2hrs further South we were quite exhausted on arrival and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming.
The B&B is very spacious, clean and well appointed - one note, we couldn't find wine glasses, but other than that everything about the rooms were what we expected for the price. Very family friendly.
But the real pluses for us were the location and our hosts.

This B&B is wonderful. Surrounded by woodland and is quiet. Laura is the perfect hostess and always obliging. She gave us ideas of what to visit in Milan and how to get there.The breakfast area is spacious and the selection is more than you need. After a day of dodging heavy traffic and sightseeing in Milan, this B&B is worth gold.

We came to Sirmione with a large group that were staying at the Grand hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday party. Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. Stylish rooms with some nice details. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to the experience. Host Paolo made a very delicious dinner, with amazing bread! Breakfast was also good, especially the sweet part (the homemade cakes are a must try!). B&B is located in a nice, relatively quiet area, but still not far away from city center.

This place was really nice! We really appreciated the interior design,
very various and class at the same time. Actually, there is a luxurious
side with giant tv and chandelier in the room, dressing-room, two
washstands... For the price, it's really magic, it's worthy of a
4 stars. The hosts are really nice and the breakfast is fine. The
location is great if you need to go to San Siro or the ippodromo, you
just need to walk 15min. The heart of Milan is really close in car.

Fabulous! There is certainly magic at Rossosegnale, from the moment we
entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,
including the beautiful petite red lift. It was hard to imagine the
place as a messy garage in its previous life. Congratulations to Raoul
