She gave us ideas of what to visit in Milan and how to get there.The breakfast area is spacious and the selection is more than you need. The Nest was a fabulous find, right on the lake, true you do go to sleep listening to the waves lapping on the 'beach'. Gorgeous lakeside terrace, great breakfast, easy access to local excellent restaurants and lovely owners! Tino and his wife are excellent, relaxed hosts who are always ready to help, or assist with travel solutions. Lovely B&B in a stupendous place.

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen!

Just been recently renovated. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

The location was near to the lake and town. The facilities were very pretty and we had use of the fridge and downstairs area. Bikes were also available. The lake is beautiful and well worth a visit.
