  We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. The living/kitchen is the perfect size for a couple, the kitchen has a two ring hob and there is a fridge which would mea - The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful.   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.   This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. My friend got her passport stolen and this guys... wat mensen zeggen » just did everything possible to help, find consulate numbers, allow us to use the phone, in one word extremely helpful. - The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.
