  The people who run the guest house were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner (lady) speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great for our kids. It is a great place can be seen as a base for exploring the nearby towns of Rome, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi ...   Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  The villa is very nice and the rooms (we had a room with sea view) are great. The staff and especially the owner were always friendly and helpful and shared a lot of good tips on where to go on Ponza and what to do The position is nice, with great views but slightly up on the hill - so it involves a bit of hiking ;-) - Great location....google ma... wat mensen zeggen » ps sent us the wrong way; phoned manager at ersilia who quickly sent out a gal to get us to ersilia! Nice breakfast on the terrace -- clean comfortable room -- we'll be back!

  Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice location. Good price. - It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.
