  The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... wat mensen zeggen » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  It was fabulous. Very clean chalet. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party. Plenty of room. Pool was amazing. Our 2 year old had a blast in kiddy pool and went up and down waterslide hundreds of times. He could not get enough. The entertainment at night for children was great. It is all about family time and entertainment! You can even see the top of the St. Peter's while swimming in the pool. - I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean.
