  When we stayed here it was the fourth leg of our honeymoon trip across Italy. On arrival we were taken aback at how beautiful the hotel was and its amazing central location. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised, ad very happy, to be upgraded to a spectacular room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. A huge variety of different food to choose from, all freshly made and - The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena. The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect. I was enchanted by the staff... wat mensen zeggen » . Each one of them very friendly, professional, customer focused and ready to delight you with the best service possible. I don't remember when was the last time I found the same level service in an hotel. Really Great!!!
