  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... wat mensen zeggen » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.
