The views were capitalized on to maximise them, really beautiful.   Prima appartement, schoon, uitstekende plek, aardige mensen (Tina). Wij kregen zelfs een ruimer appartement dan waarvoor wij geboekt hadden. De "drukke weg" in de gastenbeoordelingen valt erg mee. - Very central location for public transport during the day and restaurants during the evening. Clean apartment with very friendly staff. However, we prefer places with character that add to the memories, as opposed to indifferent chain-style hotels. We spend our time outside the hotel, but like to have a comfortable place to stay. They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it. Andres drops us off and pick us up from the marina, town etc so transportation is no trouble at all.   Everything! Once we arrived to the resort we all agreed that we had arrived to a paradise. To sum it up: -The service was attentive and impeccable (special thanks to Luciano!) - Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable and staff made every attempt to make your stay to the highest standards. - Grounds were amazing. You really feel special, rooms are very fresh, staff is highly attentive to your requests, the hotel has a nice spa area and good gym.

  Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

Incredibly nice, always smiling, always offering advice on where to go, where to eat and they even booked restaurants with the best view.
