After four days, that we spe - FABULOUS experience - the food is incomparable to anything else we had to pleasure to eat in Sicily: we had 12 (TWELVE!) starters and were invited to have more of any we liked. Two just as great first courses followed and we had to interrupt the dinner and take a walk to be able to eat the main course! Fantastic service and staff! Peaceful location with Mount Etna fuming in the background over the swimming pool and lovingly kept gardens...
