  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... wat mensen zeggen » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  We chose to stay at Palazzo Gallo based on the excellent reviews it had received, it was a great choice. Palazzo Gallo is in a fantastic location to explore Palermo on foot, all the main attractions were in easy walking distance. We could not fault it at all, and would more than happily live in the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had everything (and more) that you would need for self catering. Breakfast was left in the apartment and we found there to be more than enough to do both breakfast and lunch.
