  Highly recommended. Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures). Very, very clean. Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator. Location is perfect - walking distance to all attractions, view to a pedestrian area with... wat mensen zeggen » cafes, in the nicely renovated part of the city and close to local transport (5 min from stops for coaches from Palermo and Trapani airports, bus to - We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

Although located on one of the main shopping roads, the balcony has both double doors and shutters which keep out the noise. Luigi and his wife have created a beautiful place in a beautiful city and were very helpful. - The owner is a very friendly person and is really helpful. The B&B is well placed in the historic center of Palermo and not far from the bus which can bring you to the beach of Mondello. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

  Sky Sleeping in Palermo is a very nice place to be. It is placed at the 8th floor. We enjoy the balcony with a nice view over Palermo against east. The noise from the town was very low because of the distance. We had the first spring time while we were there and were sitting outside almost without clothes while the sun was there.
