  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a reastaurant around the corner with a waiter named Nikko, he'll take care of ... wat mensen zeggen » you. Just tell him Chris from Chicago sent you. There's a Mojito Bar right across the street where many people gather, with some great cuban music. - Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We have been traveling about 10 days thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. We are so pleased to go shopping and get fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and variety of fresh seafood, etc form the market just behind the building. The room was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the attractions are walking distance. If you want to experience living little like Italian
