  The staff were very friendly and generally spoke good English especially on reception. The breakfast was probably the best in our explorations of Puglia. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. From the moment that the owners greeted us to the moment we left everyone bent over backwards to make our experience extrordiary and always with a smile. We had a private terrace over the chaple that looked out over the coun - Magical and arty renovation of an ancient farm, with charming and generous owners. Quirky and distinctive rooms and comfortable lounge with antiques. A particular highlight is the restaurant and superb friendly staff. No choice dinner but delicious every evening. We also enjoyed the free cooking tuition making pasta, bread and pork rolls. Overall a beautiful setting and a great place to explore Puglia for 4-5 days
