  Everything in this B&B was fantastic. Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious with a walk in wardrobe, big bathroom with a spa bath, and the best part was the view from our window straight out onto Mt Etna. Maria and Salvo were so nice and accommodating, Maria told us all our options about going up to Mt Etna, she called to check ... wat mensen zeggen » on the weather and mountain conditions in the morning, and also gave us a discount for the cable car. She gave us a map of the area and recommended re - We enjoyed staying in La Casa del Poeta dell'Etna very much. Maria, the owner is very kind and helpful. She gave us great ideas and tips on what to see. Breakfast is also very good. The room is nice and clean. Actually it was two connecting small rooms, with a double bed in each, so staying with children was quite confortable. The location is great. 30 minutes drive to Etna and to Catania.

  Wij kwamen in donker aan en vroegen om nog wat te eten. Wij werden door de hoteleigenaar naar een uitstekende pizzeria gebracht. De hele dag door was de ontbijtruimte geopend en mochten wij van de hele keuken gberuik maken en zonder extra kosten onbeperkt sinaasappels uitpersen en koffie en thee pakken. Er was een heel leuk terras met enkele zitjes... wat mensen zeggen » en een paar ligbedden met uitzicht op de Etna. - Het was perfect !!! Hartelijk ontvangst,zeer hulpvaardige eigenaren. De lokatie is werkelijk uitstekend centraal voor de mooiste plekken van Sicilië. Het onbijt was heerlijk , de kamers schoon en huiselijk een aanrader voor iedereen in elk jaargetij

  We loved it here. The town of Nicolosi is welcoming and friendly, as is the B&B, really a small apartment. Shop at the butcher for some good Scicilan meat and sausages and pick up some fresh vegetables and wine from a barrel, at a friendly vendor and go back to the B&B to cook in the little kitchen. Sit at your inside dining table or on ... wat mensen zeggen » the terrace and enjoy the courtyard privacy and security. Breakfast is abundant and the hosts make you very welcome. The house is ancient but well res - What we read in other comments was definitely true. The appartement was excellent and very clean and the hosts Maurizio and Cettina very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great, 5 jellies, fresh bread and Mortadella/prosciutto juices and Sicilian icecream (Granita)! Nicolosi is a cosy village to stay. Close to Etna and Catania.   Anjela and Fransesco welcomed us with open arms and made the whole visit very warm and friendly. They went out of their way to give us all the information we needed despite our very limited Italian! We booked two rooms and both were totally clean and beautifully furnished. We will definitely visit again if we are back in the area. - Angela is extremely welcoming and warm. Her little boy Kevin is very friendly and our daughter was delighted to play with Kevin around the garden. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was copious and varied. We enjoyed our stay. The house is very well located to go to Mount Etna and is from walking distance to the center of Nicolosi for restaurants...
