Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The hotel is great and the position is good, even not close to the downtown, the hotel is well connected by two underground systems. Last but not least, the ratio price/quality is very good. This is a good place to stay if you want to visit Naples, but sleep far from the crowed city, of course if you want to go to the downtown in the night, it is better to take a taxi that is less than 15 Eur

She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. All the other staff were friendly and helpful too, from the owner who frequently works the front desk to Carmen and the night man.
