  I went to Naples for the first time last week and stayed at B&B Visconti. The hotel was 1st Class. Giorgio made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was of a very high standard,very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent and Giorgio made his own cakes. The hotel was central to all amenities but very peaceful and quiet.I h... wat mensen zeggen » ad a wonderful say and excellent value.I will definately stay here again when I come to Naples again. - Giorgio's place is very well done - he runs it himself and is opening a new location soon. The B&B is very tastefully decorated, cozy, and in a great location for sightseeing. Giorgio prepares breakfast every day - he is a cool Italian guy and helpful with recommending places to go and see. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street outside - you can watch people eat, talk, and smoke.

My room was large, beautifully decorated, had great wi-fi, a terrific view over Piazza Dante, quiet and comfortable. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

The hostel itself was fantastic, close to everything but surprisingly quite for Naples, very clean and great kitchen and back yard.   The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... wat mensen zeggen » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.
