Very friendly staff although the level of English is limited My room was clean and spacious Location is ideal for travelling outside Napoli- close to Central railway station, 10 minutes by shuttle buss from the airport! Very good value for money. Very well located for a short stay: it is within 5 min walk from the central train station. If staying more than 2 days, it is probably better to find a hotel closer to the sea shore. Considering the price, this hotel is good value for money.

Security very good - which is a big plus when staying in that area. Very good value for money, extremely well located for the station and airport buses. Helpful staff. Lots of nice,cheap restaurants on the doorstep, so feels safe to go out to eat, even alone. Value for money is good. The location is excellent for a visit of the city or to visit Pompeye. Very convenient for a two day stop over in Naples. Pleasant staff, terrifically close to Napoli Centrale. Close to train station and nice pizza restaurant across street which was good as we did not want ti venture far. Restaurant across the street had very good food. Not a lot. Breakfast is very limited The areas around the Central Station is quite dirty and unappealing It is not so close to the old center or port and public transport in Neaples is the worst I have seen in an European city, especially in the morning. There is a large interval between busses and trains. The tube is slow and convoluted. The staff is nice and trying to help, but very little English is spoken. You could probably manage fine with some Italglish... The breakfast coffee quality could be definitely better. everything is okey. Poor security the front doors were left wide open with room keys in full view and was not always staffed. The bathroom was disgusting it smelt bad and lots of mould in shower, only one towel left for 2 of us. Air con did not work properly. Breakfast was poor and coffee not pleasant at all. All and all I think this hotel was overpriced and needs as major overhaul!. Hotel and the area around the hotel was not good. the staff was NOT welcoming and the breakfast was only one crosang. Staff room when u advertise having air con then u should have it working,broken toilet seat and no toilet paper didn't help either.
