  The people who run the guest house were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner (lady) speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great for our kids. It is a great place can be seen as a base for exploring the nearby towns of Rome, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi ... The owners were very welcoming and presented us a bottle of local wine and olive oil. On the departure you will avoid the traffic jams and will be on your way to fin - Wonderful place, very comfortable, cozy and clean apartment. Beautiful view of the surroundings. Very hospitable owners. We recommend staying in this place to people who are important comfort, privacy and freedom. If we will have the opportunity - we will definitely be back here again without any doubt.
