  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. But what really makes the difference is the service. I have traveled extensively and stayed in 5 star hotels, but nothing compares to the personal treatment from the owner himself, Fi... wat mensen zeggen » lippo. He definitely goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My motto is "If I visit a place, I won't go back". I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. - Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

  the hotel is 7 minutes' walk from the train station, the bus stops to go to Venice are 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. we stayed in the suite: a bedroom, a bathroom, a very spacious living room and a balcony. nice, new furniture.a very comfortable bed. It was our first - The hotel is a family business that make us feel like we have our own apartment in Venice itself. The room is big and so confortable. There is also a coffee machine and breakfast with a frigo in side the room. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They provide us the best Info for the trip in Venice. I really love the service. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins by walking to the bus stop to Venice and 10 mins to the railway station Venice Mestre.

  The lady owner was very polite and was willing to help me about Venezia (how to reach there, what should I look, etc.) she also give a map from Venezia for free :) but bottom line and beside this facts, you should know that this hotel is defiantly having perfect location (only 2min from the bus and train station) strategic point as for Venezia als... wat mensen zeggen » o if you want to reach to the airpot in Treviso, and all that for small amount of money! - Room was spacious and very clean. The light breakfast each morning was nice (although I'm not a fan of instant coffee). Location was great - a few minutes to the train station and a 10-minute ride into Venice St. Lucia.

Guests should inform the owner to come and open the front gate and bring you up. Public phones are available at Venezia Mestre Stazione. Excellent location.3 mins walking from Venezia Mestre railway station. 2.> Very helpful owner.Walked with us to show nearest bus stops and other places we needed to know. 3.> Clean bathrooms and rooms. 4.>Value for money that I paid. We are a young couple and just wanted to have a place to spend two nights, clean washrooms and have something decent to eat in the morning before we start for my trip to venice.

  I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. Pastries, cold meat... wat mensen zeggen » s and cheese, bread, coffee, a variety of juices, yogurts and cereal. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.
