  The staff made us feel at home. They even let us use their tablet to find information we needed. The food and pizza in the restaurant is more than great, with very reasonable prices. Book a table before especially on a Saturday night, as the restaurant will be full by locals, they know that the food is good. This hotel is a good example of a family run business. - Fantastic!! This is a fabulous place to stay because it has beautiful views on the Mount Etna. It is very quiet thanks to its great location in the middle of the fields. The bedroom we had was spacious and very comfortable. Now,what to say about the food? It is so delicious that my mouth is still watery just thinking about it! Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and speak great English. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it!

  Very good location/ The plus is there is own beach. Picturesque sunrises on a beach is a very romantic. Antonio (stuff) very hospitable and nice person. Good knowing of english was very usefull for us. He helps us very much. Any of our question was resolved immidiately. He advice rental cars near our location, which we were needed. Thanks a lot.   The attitude of the staff was excellent,starting from Vanessa who spoke fluent english and German. Our checkin was a pleasure. All the staff was helpful and friendly! Sebi, Sara and Giusy who worked at the front desk and at the restaurant always greeted and replied in a very professional way. Хорошие завтраки, понравилось что к стандартных итальянским завтракам здесь дают - яйца, омлет , жареная ветчина, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок.
