  Beautiful living rooms for guest use - probably the nicest B and B I have ever stayed in. The hosts were charming and very helpful. Our room was excellent with a large bathroom and every comfort. Very good breakfasts with home made local specialities.   The room, although on the top (third) floor, was comfortably air- conditioned. It was also larger than many Italian hotel rooms. Bathroom was also large, with a spa tub. Free bottled water from the fridge, as well as cookies and crackers in the room. I loved the orange blossom body lotion. Breakfast, which was included, offered a wide range of breads, meats, cheeses and cereals. - The location for seeing Mantova is really excellent. The room was really nice and cozy and the small jacuzzi in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The breakfast was also really nice. I can really recommend this B&B.

  Lovely, comfortable apartment, with its own kitchen and equipment. Cristena (and family) were welcoming and extraordinarily helpful, and the tea bags were much appreciated. The apartment is very close to the centre of Mantua but was quiet most of the time. At one end of the street there are the buzzing porticos and the sweet, traditional cafe for ... wat mensen zeggen » breakfast. At the other end there is the best view currently to be had of San' Andreas church (closed for restoration). Also at the end of the street - Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

Our thanks to Professore Rocco and Massimo who greeted us on our arrival and showed us our magnificent room (La Cappella) and to Cristina and Margaux who treated us to a sumptious breakfast. We've never stayed in a place quite like it. The rooms have been beautifully and - Mantova is an incredible city to visit, for its art, history and palaces. Besides the breathtaking surroundings, Rocco and his family were incredibly welcoming and concerned about our needs and satisfaction.
