  Casa Biancalana is echt een paradijsje in Lucca. Het is een schitterend autenthiek pand. Zeer sfeervol en romantisch ingericht. Het ontbijt in de tuin was fantastisch. Door de familie werden we werkelijk in de watten gelegd. Ze deden er alles voor om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het is was er heerlijk vertoeven. - Very friendly staff

  The villa is stunning and rooms are spacious. Loved the bathroom and shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful although are only present until 7.30pm.   Vriendelijke familiale sfeer. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurantjes, bezienswaardigheden. Naar Italiaanse begrippen een goed ontbijt. Je voelt je vrij in dit grote huis. Hele ruime slaapkamer met mooi hoog plafond. - We were in the self catering apartment which was stunning and huge.It was a mix of antique furniture and modern fittings ( ikea... wat mensen zeggen » kitchen).The breakfast was very good with a huge selection of food.Staff very helpful despite the lady speaking only Italian .We were able to leave our cases and pick them up later on the day of our departure.Very quirky establishment , would thoroughly recommend - The staff was very friendly, though the day we checked in, there was an older lady in reception, that was able to give us instructions only in italian (but we understood each other quite well). Breakfast starts at 8:30, which was a little bit late for us, but if u want, for breakfast, they can bring you some food the day before to your room.
