  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Perfect host as he is an architect and has fine taste. Accomodations are excellent...spacious, clean, modern and very tasteful, elegant, state of the art. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

Recommend to appoint the check in time before arrival and know that this hotel is on the fifth floor, so walk slowly to find the hotel name at wall. - We stayed one night here after two weeks in Italy as a stop before returning to the airport - ideal location... wat mensen zeggen » for this.   The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. - Good price, nice decor after a refurbishment, very good ... wat mensen zeggen » location - opposite Termini - staff are wonderful, very polite and friendly. Have stayed there three times now and will return.
