It has a very "Italian" feel to it. The staff is fluent in English, and very helpful. The continental breakfast delivered to your room beautifully served. From the street you enter a large enclosed vestibule area that continues to an open courtyard. - The location very close to the top of The Spansh Steps and Metro station is excellent. The hotel is situated in an older, very well-kept nice building. It is furnished in good taste, have a good atmosphere and a high cleaning standard. The owners and the staff are friendly and helpful.

  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

  Enorm vriendelijk personeel, zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, gunstige locatie - voor weinig geld een leuke schone kamer met een heerlijk bed en een erg comfortabele badkamer. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times. The room is really small (we had standard double) so it suits for those who are looking for a good bed in the end of a long day spent in beautiful Rome.   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. He was available when we checked in at 9Pm and was also there to collect the keys and wave us bye when we checked out at 3:30 Am to go to the airport. There were noises from the street and of bells ringing - Location, it's great especially if one travels by train. Roma termini train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find. In addition, you can walk to main sightseeing sites. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and are willing to accommodate your needs. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.
