It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays.   The location - it is just across the river from Torino but up on a big hill. You feel like you are in a small European village instead of a big city but it is only a 5 minute bus ride into town. The staff/owners were the nicest people on earth. They were very helpful and accommodating and would do anything to make you comfortable/happy.
