  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We found everything we need in the kitchen to make our own meal and breakfast. The staffs are very fr - We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  I called Nicoleta when we drove past the airport and she patiently waited for us to arrive (after getting lost several times). We'd requested reserved parking which was on the other side of the Arno, a few blocks away, but after the trials of getting to the hotel we opted for the small outdoor parking lot around the corner from the hotel. I'm not sure where the other rooms where, but I'd asked for a room with a view and she said th - We were able to lock our rented bikes inside overnight! Breakfast was good, i liked the warm croissants with sugar crusted on top. good view out window. Right down street from bridge over to other side of Florence.Riding a bike was the perfect way to get around; so much to see, and getting from our hotel to the city made it possible without the pain of parking car/driving. Though we did drive a car one night (to go out to Tuscany-highly recommended) and there was free parking from 8pm-8am right

  Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate. Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location is superb! - The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking... wat mensen zeggen » forward to returning one day! Thank you for a great stay - All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

  We had a great time at Residenza Gambrinus. Since there was the cycling world championships during our stay, many streets in the city center were blocked. The owner of the hotel met us outside the city center and guided us directly to a central garage where we could leave our car during the stay. Then he helped us bringing our luggage to the Resid... wat mensen zeggen » enza. That was very, very helpful and we really appreciated it. Arriving at the Residenza, we realized how central the hotel really is - just 200 mete - A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .

  An amazing place. The room was spacious and luxurious. There was a desk, a comfy chair, a very comfy bed, a minibar with local products and a chandelier! I was not disturbed by noise from outside (the room was facing a side road) or from inside. I've lived and travelled in Italy and breakfasts are not usually anything to rave about. This was fab. There was a - The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels.
