  The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected. It was the best 3-star hotel room that I had stayed. It looked like a 4-star hotel room. It was really hot outside higher than 35 degree in celsius! But the air conditioner worked very well and we could stay in the room being comfortable and refreshing. No noisy during day and night. We stayed in the 5th floor "superior" rooms, which added an extra VIP touch to our stay, including free delivery of breakfast to our room (between 8 and 10am).   I was glad to be the hotel's first customer and I'm as much happy to be their first reviewer. The hotel is located in a pretty strategic area - a 5 min walk from Piazza Risorgimento, terminus and stop of several buses, 5 min from Ottaviano subway stop, barely 15 from the Vatican city's walls. The rooms are large, fully equipped and everything is decorated with extreme elegance. Staff was - The staff was perfect. I was met by the owners of the hotel, they were extremely attentive with me and contributed to my perfect stay in Roma. Besides, he hotel is new, it is near metro station and Vatican area. I loved it!
