  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet.   Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (half uurtje) en is toch heel betaalbaar, keurig en comfortabel. De sofabanken (2 maal 1-persoons) in de woonkamer zijn prima! Telefonisch werden wij op de hoogte gebracht dat wij vanaf de busterminal werden opgehaald/begeleid naar ons appartement, dit zonder extra kosten (ook niet voor de late ch... wat mensen zeggen » eck-in). Op 200 mtr. - prima appartement voor max. 4 volwassenen aan een zijtak van het Canal. Dichtbij een ontzettend leuk plein met leuke cafeetjes en restaurants waar het eten verrukkelijk is en zeker niet duur is. (Hoofdgerecht circa 12 euro).

It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas.
