  fantastisch personeel - hotel was very helpful and kind to my situation. My purse was stolen the day before with all my credit cards and passport. I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference. Location is perfect: really two steps to metro, direct line (2 stations to Duamo, 1 station to Melpensa airport express). We lived in double, it has original moden design. Large room separated on sleeping and rest zone with sofa and table. Bath-room has bath and shower cubicle. Good multifarious breakfest. I would stay here againe

  One can hardly imagine better place - located just in the middle of old part of Milan, so all the attractions are just 2-5 minutes away, the historic building offers a fantastically desgined rooms combining modernistic furniture with 'organic' and minimalistic elements of room design. adding a small but extremely welcoming and nice hotel team, so ... wat mensen zeggen » friendly and warm-hosting that you feel as you just arrived to stay at your best friends' place, you can easily conclude this place to be probably the - Central location, cool design, clean and quiet rooms, lovely staff, very helpful reception. We had a great stay in hotel Palazzo Segreti and will be back, if we are in milan again. I especialy want to say many thanks to a young man at the front desk, who has given us many useful informations about the city. And at the day wenn we checked out, you have taken care of our luggage till we were back in the hotel at 15:00. Thanks a lot! Grazie!

  Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.... wat mensen zeggen » There was also two parking areas available, one even facilitated a large SUV. - The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you. The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... wat mensen zeggen » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts
